On December 25, Mr. He Kaifeng, Vice-dean of architecture and environmental design at Peking University joined Mr. Xiong Guanghui, a staff of admission office at Peking University, in giving a lecture for all teachers and students of HSXJTU.

Our principal, Ms. Wang Peidong, Vice-Principal Mr. Li Yang and director of Academic office Mr. Ren Dong attended lecture. Before lecture, they conducted a talks and exchanged views on issues of university-school collaboration and talents cultivation strategies.

During the presentation, Mr. He first introduced the present situations, development strategies and excellent cultivation environment of Peking University. Then, he shared his experiences and feelings of studying in the Peking University with students and encouraged them to succeed. Finally, he said Peking University welcomes aspiring students and the spirit of Peking university “Independent personality, spiritual freedom” need to carry on by students.

After lecture, Mr. He and Mr. Xiong responded to questions from the students regarding the aspects of humanistic quality, general education and Chinese and Western culture. The lecture was concluded in warm atmosphere and motivated our students to pursue Peking University.
