On 2014 National Teachers’ Day, Ms. Chen was awarded ‘National Excellent Teacher’by Education Ministry. This award is to encourage more talented young people to join the career of education and enhance teachers’ responsibility and sense of honor.

Ms. Chen was born into an education family and started to teach in HSXJTU till now. In 2014 National College Entrance Examination, four students out of her class ranked provincial top 10. Additionally, Li qiang ranked the top first with a high score of 717. The average score of her 49 students is 669 which won her class the title ‘The Best Class’.

Ms. Chen has been working in HSXJTU for almost 20 years, from team leader to director of English Department. She is dedicated to her class and her teaching. She has concluded her own philosophy as a Head Teacher which is to nurture an excellent team before cultivating excellent students. Her devotion and wisdom have won her numerous recognition and praises.
