The 20th annual meeting of the National Committee of Education and Research Consortium of Leading High Schools and also the Experience Exchanges of Subject Research of Ministry of Education were held in Beijing from Jan. 4 to 6, 2012, Principal Wang Peidong was honored the title of Top 10 National Outstanding Principal for her contribution to education.

This meeting was hosted by National Education and Research Consortium of High Schools. The leaders and experts presenting this meeting were from Basic Education Division of Ministry of Education, National Educational Research Institute, Peking University, Beijing Normal University and the Committee of Education and Research Consortium. The meeting focused on exchanging experience of subjects of basic education of the 11th 5-Year Plan of Ministry of Education, and sharing the effective teaching methods and professional development of teachers with the background of New Curriculum Standard.

At the end of the meeting, the schools and their heads with outstanding performance were awarded. Principal Wang Peidong the title of Top 10 National Outstanding Principal for her accomplishments of one of the sub-project of the 11th 5-Year Plan of Ministry of Education.
