The 4th International Forum of Leading Schools is the important event for Chinese and overseas educators, and one of most achievements is that the High School Affiliated to Xi’an Jiaotong University established friendly school relationship with America US and UK Royal High School, Bath on 04 April. Headmasters from both sides attended the signing ceremony of establing friendly cooperation relationship.

America University School (Short for US) is a famours private school for boys, which is located in Cleveland, Ohio. This school is focusing on fostering students to be responsible, brave, sincere and thoughtful etc, which is the cradle of shaping pilot talents and leaders. After more than two years communication and visit by both sides, the High School Affiliated to Xi’an Jiaotong University and US deeply feel that developing education exchange and cooperation, focusing on and discussing cross-cultural and global programm and activities together will be benefit for building shared culture by east and west, helping students have more wider internation outlook and promoting Chinese and American basic education and culture development.

Royal High School, Bath is the important member of UK GDST (The Girls’ Day School Trust) , which is located in beautiful World Heritage city of Bath. This school is featuring in music, drama and P.E. Headmasters from both sides believed that it is very important to cultivate students with humanistic spirit, develop student’s international outlook and strengthen the student’s capability of independent thinking. The education concepts from both sides are similar, so it’s necessary to strengthen cooperation.

Mr. Stephen Murray, headmaster of America US, Lynda Bevan, assistand head of Royal High School, Bath signed on the cooperation Memorandum separately with Ms. Wang Peidong, headmaster of the High School Affiliated to Xi’an Jiaotong University.
