From May 23 to May 26, HSXJTU students Gong Peiyu and Ge Shuyuan went to Beijing on behalf of the school to participate in the 2019 Beijing International Model United Nations Congress (Beijing) 2019, sponsored by the Foreign Affairs College and co-sponsored by Wu Jianmin Public Welfare Foundation, under the guidance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the United Nations Association of China.

During the four-day session, more than 700 students representing different countries jointly simulated the UN rules of procedure, conducted in-depth discussions on hot issues of global governance and proposed youth programmes.

The students of our school have fully demonstrated their competence in this conference, and stood out in all kinds of activities, which promoted their personal accomplishment and won honor for our school.
