Students He Pengyu and Bai Ting of our school won the first prize in the just ended finals of the fifth National Composition Contest (Shaanxi District), while other four students won the second and the third separately. He Pengyu and Bai Ting, in the name of Shaanxi Province, would also attend the National Final Contest which will be held on July, 25th in Peking University. They would also have the chance to be admitted in advance by the leading universities in the whole country. Our school was honored a title as well for its great achievements in the field of writing.

This contest, jointly held by Peking University and a magazine, has wide influence in China and has been successfully held for five times. Since the fourth time last year, the contest have already provided opportunities for the literature lovers to enter the famous universities in China.

All the students and teachers hereby extended cordial greetings to He Pengyu and Bai Ting. We hope that they would still achieve better results in the National Finals. Meanwhile, we also hope other students, who are interested in literature, will make persistent efforts on writing and that more students will participate in the sixth final contest next year!
