On October 21, a delegation from La Tour de Paris paid a friendly visit to The High School Affiliated to Xian Jiaotong University. The teachers and students of two schools had friendly exchanges and singed a friendly cooperation agreement.

At the welcome ceremony, delegations of two schools had a friendly conversation and jointly expressed their desire to strengthen exchanges, share high quality resources and promote mutual learning between La Tour de Paris and HSXJTU.

Under the guidance of the school leaders and teachers, the delegation members visited the school campus, the school history museum with great interest. They had a painting class with HSXJTU students, which was the first time that French students experienced painting with Chinese brush.

After class, French students sang a Chinese traditional song—Jasmine flower for HSXJTU students to thank them for their warm reception and hospitality. HSXJTU students also sang a song "500miles" to the French students. The seeds of friendship have been sown in hearts of students of two schools during their short time together. They all look forward to seeing each other next time.

La Tour de Paris enjoys a high reputation in French basic education with long history of 120 years. It advocates international, multilingual and cross-cultural education. The school launched regular exchange visits with friendly schools around the world to enable students to have diversified development and choice space. On the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, La Tour de Paris’s visit and the establishment of friendly school with XJTUHS are of special meaning for the educational exchanges between the two countries and areas.
