US delegation consisting of four boys and one chaperon Mme. Jasmine Rocco arrived in Xi’an with a great welcome on the morning of July 3.

On the morning of July 4, a grand welcome ceremony was held on the LIZHI plaza joined by all HSXJTU faculty and students. The ceremony started with Madame Wang’s welcome speech, briefly reviewing the rewarding and fruitful exchange between two schools and thinking of US visit as further enhancement on our sisterhood. Madame Jasmine Rocco, in her speech, expressed her gratitude to the warm reception she has received from HSXJTU and she believes that exchanges of this kind will surely help students with their growth. Student representatives from both schools delivered their speeches. Soon after the ceremony, a performance was presented to our US guests. They also joined a campus tour in high school and university afterwards.

US guests will take classes with HSXJTU students during their stay here studying Chinese, geography, Music, fine art and etc. Sight-seeing is also included into their schedule to some famous historical places.
