Fruitful results were obtained in the first national appraisal of research study for primary and middle school students. Fifteen subjects researched by our students won the first prize and six won the second. Meanwhile, fourteen teachers were entitled “the Outstanding Instructor” in the activity. The achievements in research study put our school far ahead of others in the whole country.

The activity was jointly organized by the Ministry of Education and Huazhong Normal University, aimed at pushing the implementation of the integrated practice curriculum and providing a platform for the students to learn from each other. This appraisal activity, forcefully speeding up the implementation of research study courses in our school, will also cultivate the students’ spirits of exploration and creativity and promote all-round development of the students.
